With our 35 years of new home custom construction, purchasing and estimating, proficient with computers, attention to detail and a 4 year BS degree in Construction Management experience, let us help you. We can do your material takeout, show your administrative assistant how to get pricing from your active subcontractor and suppliers and then put together a final estimate for you to review and set a bid price.

ESTIMATING FOR BUILDERS (order below)
We offer estimating your home construction projects along with the help of your administrative assistant. We will do the entire takeoff, set up a complete email schedule for your subs/suppliers along with needed attachments, make makeup changes to your plans as needed and then we compile a final takeoff sheet (as the bids come in from subs/suppliers) for you to adjust for your final bid. Builder Estimates are priced by the size of the building and the scope of the work.
